AqueoUS Vets® manufactures highly specialized custom carbon-steel or stainless-steel pressure vessels designed and fabricated to ASME Section VIII standards that are used in various residential, municipal, commercial, and industrial applications. Our pressure vessels are designed to hold liquids, vapors, or gases at high pressures.
Ranging in capacity from five to fifty thousand gallons, diameters up to 14 foot and design pressure up to 500 psig, our vessel capabilities include:
At AqueoUS Vets, we’re committed to producing safe and reliable pressure vessels and storage tanks that meet the intended design life. We design and manufacture pressure vessels under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, which is the recognized standard worldwide. At our state-of-the-art, ASME Code Section VIII certified manufacturing facility, we use the latest tools, technologies, and techniques to build robust, durable, and reliable ASME Code Section VIII tanks.
Not only does AV build pressure vessels to the ASME Code, we can build vessels to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping, AWWA, API, UL, and other compliance agencies and include all the appropriate certifications required. All AqueoUS Vets vessels, even non-code, are built to Code standards and are pressure tested before shipment.
We fabricate our vessels from steel because of its strength and reliability. Steel also gives us the manufacturing flexibility to build customized solutions, and its product compatibility allows for a broader range of storage applications with greater durability. And, as the most commonly recycled material, steel helps us maintain our commitment to environmental sustainability while helping our partners’ projects comply with environmental requirements.
Our storage tanks are built per API standards for the design and fabrication of welded-steel storage tanks in both carbon-steel and stainless-steel.
Our coatings and linings increase the durability of our vessels to meet specific site conditions and service requirements. Our high-performance formulations include NSF 61 approved epoxies, 100% solids epoxies and vinyl esters. The result is complete internal and external corrosion protection for a more durable and longer-lasting vessel.
